Congratulations to second grader, Katelyn Obermeyer, who was recognized at the Caddo School Board meeting on March 15 for her outstanding art work. Katelyn placed second in the district for her piece that was submitted. It is worth noting that the first place winner was a high school student. Way to go, Katelyn!
